SEPTEMBER 2016 - Quick Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs. ground turkey breast
• 1 c. chopped red onion
• 1 package Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
• 4 egg whites
• 2, 15 oz. cans of tomato sauce
• 2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
• dash of pepper
• dash of garlic salt
Preparation:
• Pre-heat the oven to 400° and lightly coat a meatloaf pan with cooking spray.
• In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
• Place meatloaf mixture into the pan and form it into a loaf.
• Bake for one hour.
• Remove from oven and serve.
• ENJOY! (Serves 8)
