Another branch of bodybuilding. fitness and figure competitions for women began in the mid-1980’s.  IEM was there from the beginning and immediately started producing champions.  IEM continues its champion-producing tradition with those who chose to compete in the recently added categories of bikini, physique (male and female), and classic physique (male) to the bodybuilding world.
