OCTOBER 2016 - Apple Eggwhite Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 4 egg whites
• 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal
• 3/4 c sugar-free apple sauce
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
• Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
• Spray a non-stick skillet with PAM and pre-heat.
• Pour batter into skillet into size desired and cook until edges are dry.
• Flip and brown on other side.
• ENJOY! (Serves 1-2)
SERVES: 1-2
